I haven't written in a few days, so I thought I'd do a little catch-up. I've been busy with my studies and am in the 4th week of ENG/306 which is a poetry class. Surprisingly I made a perfect score on my last essay, even though I didn't think I did so great because, let's face it, I'm not a poet! I'm a storyteller! Like I said before, I've been bored for the last few days, so to get out of the humdrum I decided it was time to try to get back some normalcy. When we lived in the country, my husband and I loved feeding and watching the birds, and I took thousands of photographs. But since we moved into an apartment in town four months ago and Bill has been sick we haven't been feeding them and I haven't taken any pictures either. So, I finally decided enough is enough and went out and bought two feeders and some greenery, and hung them on the post out in front of the apartment. But sadly no birds have noticed them yet. But I'm a patient person, and when they do come I'll be waiting with my camera ready. At least I have been taking my camera with me lately when I take our dog, Socks, for a walk and have been able to get a few shots of urban life. IT AIN'T COUNTRY, BUT IT'LL DO! And I never thought I'd say it, but I'm actually anticipating the coming snow, just so I can photograph it.
